Description:

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer that will be assisting in designing and updating automated test systems that will be used to test end of line products on an electronics manufacturing line. This person will need to have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principals. They will also be developing and updating the LabVIEW code and/or C# .NET code that is used at automated test systems. This role will be hands on in the lab building these customized test systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum of 3-4 years of experience related to hardware development/test Minimum 2 years developing automated test systems for electronic products (LabVIEW / C# .NET) Proficient in electrical circuit design and analysis Basic knowledge in embedded, analog, and/or power electronics design Basic understanding of design for EMI/ EMC Proficient in understanding schematics and wire circuits Proficient in use of standard test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to logically troubleshoot control systems and subcomponents Proficient understanding of application and critical characteristics of typical electrical components including contactors, circuit breakers, fuses, capacitors, diodes, inductors, linear and switching regulators, ADCs
