(Position will require successful achievement of Bachelors degree & all offers will be contingent upon this requirement) Must be willing to relocate to each assigned location during the 18 month program - relocation assistance is provided Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BS in Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment or lab environment highly desired Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organizational skills. Working knowledge of statistical analysis. Demonstrated technical ability through classwork and projects. Ability to work with and lead a team. Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing. Desire to work in an advanced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical abilities.
