Job Description

We are looking for Digital Workplace & Facilities Services Manager to join our Warsaw Team, based in Zabraniecka 20.

In this role you will play a critical role in creating, maintaining and improving employee experience. You will be responsible for governing Facilities, IT Operations and projects in assigned CE sites. You will be leading Regional and local IT projects in areas such as Network, Hybrid meetings, Office, Mobility, Voice, PCs, Printing, Employee Care as well as ensuring service continuity to support the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in multinational environment and external vendors. You will be a key partner for top management in creating value for European sites (increasing quality, reducing cost, accelerating response). You will define and align joint business plans leading to site development, being in charge of timely execution of projects in scope.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy for the site you own to deliver inspiring employee experience, including a vision, where to play priorities, roadmap and KPIs.

  • Develop strong relationship with Stakeholders: lead Joint Business Plan discussions with local GMs, HR, Function Heads.

  • Manage and execute communication plans.

  • Manage Strategic partnership and governance of vendors to deliver day-to-day operations with excellence.

  • Manage projects and multifunctional project teams.

  • Deliver strong stewardship results; oversee cost expenses & capital investment.

  • Ensure strong controls & processes are in place to support employee safety, IT Site Continuity & Business Continuity Plans.

  • Establish operations support for any new processes or services.

  • Innovate employee experience strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications

  • English proficiency

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Drive for results and persistence to succeed in a dynamic, multi-dimensional environment.

  • Project/Product Management

  • Business Process transformation

  • Strong Leadership - this role will lead the representation of Facilities and IT Services in different site initiatives/programs. It is expected from this person to achieve high quality execution, and to achieve function and site strategies changes.

  • A passionate end-to-end owner for a client/user-facing service with high sense of customer service and willingness to help others with sense of urgency.

  • Interest in IT in order to automate our work, our user experiences and digitize our workplaces.

  • ITIL certification / Experience in similar role
