Habilidades e experiência necessárias:

• Liderança de contas estratégicas

• Traduz competências distintivas em insights e soluções acionáveis para o cliente

• Eleva o cliente para o próximo nível usando discussões prospectivas sobre suas necessidades digitais

• Geração proativa de oportunidades, condução até o fechamento e expansão de projetos existentes para escopos maiores e novas capacidades

• Compreende a visão, metas e estratégia do cliente e como os serviços da Kyndryl ajudarão a habilitar/dirigir melhores resultados para o cliente

• Demonstra habilidade para posicionar a Kyndryl como parceiro estratégico, não apenas como fornecedor de serviços de tecnologia

• Construção de um pipeline com parceiros para busca e conquista de negócios em conjunto

• Conhecimento profundo das melhores práticas externas na indústria e seu impacto nos clientes

• Responsabilidade pelo P&L da conta

• Gerenciamento de processos de vendas de ponta a ponta

• Experiência com gestão e crescimento de receita, custo, lucratividade, tendências e riscos afim de administrar o portfólio

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês
