As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will assist the marketing manager in planning and implementing strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts to align with business objectives

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning and communication materials

• Monitoring and tracking performance and budget of campaigns for growth and ROI

• Creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, lead generation, and revenue

• Conceptualizing and executing traditional & digital marketing campaigns with vendors and team

• Developing holistic nurture campaigns to progress leads and opportunities

• Ensuring consistent application of brand identity across all marketing efforts and channels

• Sourcing or generating key events and establishing strategic partnerships for brand awareness and sales

Requirements

• Experience in a B2B environment (direct hands on experience, planning and carrying out marketing campaigns)

• To create marketing plans, including effective communications approach and mix of marketing channels

• Report and track of marketing ROI and KPIs

• Project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around deadlines

• Be agile to market risks and opportunities

• Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners

• Be self-learning and upskilling on product, market knowledge, internal processes, and systems
