DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Social Worker 1, you will provide admission assessments and direct contact support to consumers, and serve as a contact for community providers, county liaisons, and family members in the best interest of the consumers served. Additionally, you will provide social work consultation to other professional disciplines and the treatment team.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
