PrimeFlight Aviation Services Bilingual Sr. Financial Analyst in Sugar Land, Texas
Description
* To be considered for this role the ideal applicant MUST have the ability to read and write in both English and Spanish. *
*This is an on-site position Monday-Friday, no Remote or Hybrid options are offered*
The Sr. Financial Analyst must possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with the Financial Team and non-financial personnel. As such, the successful candidate will demonstrate capacity to fulfill the following essential functions:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
Evaluate and report on financial performance metrics
Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Fluent in Spanish and English, in written and oral form
Ability to translate documents English/Spanish with a high degree of accuracy
Generate regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Work with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Support non-Finance groups such as Billing, Accounting, and Operations with helpful analysis
Report on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of variances and assist in guidance on future trends for business line, location, and contract financials
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages to improve company performance
Translate ideas into tangible action to help achieve critical business priorities
Lead actions to improve, transform processes, or systems to ensure they are efficient and effective
Handle confidential information in a prudent and responsible manner.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, V-lookup, Power Pivot, Sumifs, Index/March, Pivot Tables and Indirect SCL
Fluent in Spanish and English, in written and oral form
Ability to translate documents in English/Spanish with a high degree of accuracy
Education/Experience:
Minimum Requirements (Submitted resumes that do not clearly identify the following education/work experience will not be considered):
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited University
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role (3-5 Years)
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
Compensation:
The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. However, individual compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, education, and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding and critical thinking skills to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Efficient, immediate problem-solving skill.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exposure to SQL and Power BI is a plus.
