Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the transport industry located in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries, as well as monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers mainly via email, with occasional phone communications

• Handle overdue bills and engage in the collection of payments

• Understand and manage current debt situations

• Record keeping of all customer credit and communications

• Negotiate payment plans with customers

• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks and communications

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously

• Utilize skills in 'Collect Outstanding', 'Collection Processes', 'Customer Account', 'Import Customer Service' to effectively manage customer credit and collections. Requirements • Prior experience of at least 1 year in Collections Specialist role or similar within the transport industry

• Demonstrable skills in Collection Processes and Outstanding Collections

• Proficiency in managing Customer Accounts

• Experience in Import Customer Service

• Solid understanding of transport industry regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High degree of professionalism and integrity.
