We are currently hiring a Premium Payables Senior Analyst in the HUB Financial Center (HFC) , the centralized accounting team for HUB International.

About the position :

The Senior Analyst work closely with our Supervisors to lead our team. They are a critical key role of our leadership team and manage our day-to-day production and associates. Developing and managing their partners; Seniors and Analysts, they encourage the growth for their associates by providing constant support and guidance. Senior Analyst are innovative and champion their strengths to create efficiencies, encourage collaboration, and most of all focus on the core of our purpose.

What you’ll do

• Arrange and support the day-to-day department operations

• Provide guidance and coaching to assigned team members

• Monitor workflows and assess resources to exceed service level agreements

• Assist in development and performance conversations

• Directs additional leads to effectively identify trends in production and workflows

• Participates in collaborative strategizing with Manager and Supervisor

• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What you bring to our team

• Requires at least 2 years of experience leading in an accounting, banking, or finance industry

• High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation

• Demonstrated superb abilities to lead with a passion for supporting and empowering

• Develop and maintain the knowledge base required to support team members

• Effectively work both independently and as part of a cross-functional and collaborative team

• Advanced knowledge of MS Applications to include Excel and Outlook

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $32.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
