As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for cyber security technology in the plant in accordance with MINT standards

  • Being responsible for the daily maintenance of the systems in the plant

  • Ensuring factory compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT) and cyber security

  • Developing and implementing roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure, including delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components)

  • Managing third-party vendors within its scope

  • Coordinating problem escalation process for automation, CCN automation infrastructure or cybersecurity

  • Developing factory budget and expense management for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in accordance with standards

  • Coordinating and ensuring business engagement during the technology lifecycle to support changes / upgrades / replacements

  • Having a business continuity plan, including disaster recovery for CCN systems

  • Supporting ongoing maintenance in the automation area

  • Provide technical support for line, machine, equipment and plant performance monitoring, changeovers and adjustments

  • Participating in projects to implement new technical solutions and upgrades to production lines, machinery, equipment and installations, PLC software upgrades and visualization.

  • Conducting automation and digitalization projects

Requirements

  • Higher technical education in fields related to automation or telecommunications

  • 3 years of experience in automation or industrial IT area

  • Knowledge of industrial automation maintenance

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure

  • PLC, Scada/HMI programming

  • Fluent English (B2/C1)
