Essential Duties

• Design and implement data strategy.

• Gather and document reporting requirements, including for statutory reporting.

• Create and implement data policy.

• Design data governance organization.

• Design and document data roles and responsibilities.

• Create data governance and management framework.

• Design data deliverables, including business glossary, data catalog, data dictionary, data quality reporting, data monitoring.

Position Requirements

• Full-Time On-Site.

• Experience managing a team of 4 to 8+ consultants.

• Insurance industry experience.

• Statutory Reporting a plus.

• Experience with Worker’s Compensation a plus.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Travel Requirements: As needed to meet service-level requirements and for required business meetings

Salary range $80-110/hr W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
