Summary

The HR Systems Specialist for the FAST (Corporate) office will provide HR systems and integrations support to all end-users company wide. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the assimilation of software applications and programs supporting HR Systems. The role serves as a gatekeeper for the company’s data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions. This individual will assist with employee data analysis and reporting, documentation of SOP as appropriate, company trends, and data integrity and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Technology to research, analyze, design, test, and maintain systems in support of Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits. The position will assist the HR Systems and Implementation Manager with the design, implementation, maintenance, and overall administration of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

  • Interpret data sets paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytic efforts.

  • Develop SOP that creates standardization and consistency company-wide for all end users. This includes all HR Systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, Time Keeping, etc.)

  • Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format than can be easily read.

  • Collect, understand, and automate analysis of data efficiently to develop business insight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or more in Computer Science, database administration or similar business area or equivalent experience required.

  • 5 years of HCM system enhancements, implementation, and data analysis experience. Experience working in acquisitive organizations that require influence, collaboration, and dotted line relationships.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with human resource and payroll policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
