Two year associates degree or equivalent administrative experience is required. Basic computer and systems knowledge including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Aptitude to read and interpret production orders and procedure manuals. Ability to work a full-time schedule, rotating shifts and mandatory overtime. PREFERRED SAP experience preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close/distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position requires maintaining a detailed log and organization of files in Excel, identification of material in the warehouse area and daily oral / written communication with various departments throughout operations. Hourly position in a collective bargaining unit. Ideal candidate will be versatile and have the ability to work in an Office and Plant environment that requires the use of personal protective equipment.
