Randstad is currently looking for manager candidates that are experienced in plasic injection molding, is that you? Ranstad is on the hunt for experienced production managers. Candidates must have experience in plastic injection molding. We are looking for candidates that can lead a team to identify opportunities for improvement in facility processes, performance and personnel and implements actions to benefit from the opportunity. Participates as an active and effective member of the executive management team for the company.

salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's activities in support of the business plan and targeted improvement projects.

• Participate in the development of the company's plans, programs, and policies as an active member of the company Executive Management Team.

• Provide facility specific business planning information annually or as required. This includes sales forecasts, capital spending requirements, staffing levels, and expected overhead spending, and expected material and labor variances.

• Establish a key facility management team with key performance indicators for each function.

• Participate as an active member of the company business development team. Periodically provide customer specific updates, plans, and programs to the team. Communicate all critical customer issues to Executive Management Team as they occur.

• Provide leadership and direction to all facility personal to assure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

• Plan capital expenditures to support improvement and growth. Providing planned timing, expected return, and financial impact of the requested expenditure to the executive management team for consensus.

• Lead the monthly operations review of the facility with the Executive Management Team. Provide analysis of the facility performance and communication actions and plans to resolve or improve.
