Sevita Administrative Office Manager in Littleton, Colorado

NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Administrative Office Manager

  • Monitor workflow and productivity to evaluate office performance.

  • Take corrective action as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate production of documents such as letters, statistical reports, presentations, information materials, contracts, proposals, and work schedules.

  • Act as liaison between building management and internal departments as well as across field offices and vendors.

  • Coordinate space planning, lease formalities, office automation, and operational matters such as building maintenance, office equipment, and purchasing.

  • Organize, plan, and attend program meetings, retreats, training, and events.

  • Assist Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluation while making decisions on employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.

  • Conduct periodic employee meetings, which include feedback on office performance and issues to foster process improvements, professional development goals, and effective teamwork.

    Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor’s degree if required by state.

  • Five years of administrative support experience including two years of supervisory experience.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
