Robert Half is partnering with a leading real estate development company who is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and providing excellent customer service to our employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time

• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed

• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues

• Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting requirements

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing

• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
