Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a detailer to work for a large construction engineering company. This person will be responsible for receiving the drawings/plans from the engineers and interpreting/redrawing to make it more fit for the field to construct. It is important that they have trade knowledge and are able to interpret engineering knowledge. They will be doing all drawings in revit so they need to have at least 2 years of experience working in the field with revit, not just class knowledge. On average each project typically takes any where from 6 months to a few years.

Skills and Requirements

• 5 years of trade knowledge

• 2 years of revit

o What the lead detailer role to lay out the systems or do the shop drawings (deliverable side) - wants to do both

o Do the drawings, modeling's * Autocad

• HS diploma

• Not engineers titles

• Titles: mechanical piping detailer, plumbing detailer

• Past companies: Marie company, Pan Pacific, Southland (big mechanical/plumbing/piping contractors) null
