Job Summary:

The GAM (Global Account Manager) Quality and Aftermarket Team is responsible for leading all efforts related to Quality, Commissioning, Aftermarket, and Product Support for Electric Power’s global data center accounts. As a Quality Account Manager, you will lead all efforts related to Quality for Electric Power's named data center accounts. Our efforts enable us to achieve and maintain Caterpillar global data center market leadership. Our team consists of a global team of specialists with responsibility to manage customer and dealer relationships on a global scale when related to quality, commissioning, aftermarket, and product support. Direct work with other Caterpillar units, customers, and possibly suppliers require incumbent to demonstrate skill in negotiation, building consensus and achieving compromise.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead all aspects of Quality required to deliver on goals by securing win/win outcomes for Caterpillar and our global data center customers.

  • Manage and meet Electric Power Division (EPD) quality and commissioning goals for assigned Data Center account(s)

  • Develop and maintain necessary processes and tools to ensure customers view Caterpillar and Cat Dealers "easy to do business with".

  • Manage Issues in Customer Quality Portal.

  • Develop and Maintain Internal Quality Portal to track and prioritize issues.

  • Support Quality onboarding processes for Cat Facilities, Dealers, and Strategic Suppliers.

  • Lead customer quality and social audits of Caterpillar Facilities, Dealer Operations, and Strategic Suppliers as part of the customer qualification processes.
