In this position, you will support local and field users in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Brookshire, Texas area and is a long-term contract / contract opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

• Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

• Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

  Requirements

-Comprehensive knowledge of PC Hardware

• Strong familiarity with Network Infrastructure

• Migration experience

• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows

• PC skills experience required

• Mac OS experience highly desired

• Basic networking concepts

• Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

• Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• IT support ticketing system experience highly valued

• Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
