We are looking for an assembly supervisor for 1st shift. You will be working 6:00am - 4:30pm. The schedule is 4 days on and then 4 days off. You must have previous experience as a supervisor. Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees in the Assembly Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

The essential functions of this role include:
