JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company Name: KSM Industries Position: Fabrication Associate 2nd Shift Location: Germantown, WI KSM Industries is seeking a second-shift Fabrication Associate. This role is from 2pm to 12pm Monday through Thursday. Duties include but not limited to: Associates to work primarily in the laser nest picking operation. Able to review documentation, work as a team to pick multiple parts of varying weights up to 80 pounds with magnetic lift assist hoist. Ability to perform drill and tap operations, hardware component insertion, machine load/unload, shearing machine operation, sheet metal rolling, and assist in department as required. Print reading a plus. Responsibilities: Use of forklift to help move materials (certification preferred) Pick parts off a cut sheet of lasered material Deburring parts as needed Loading items to a pallet Managing and loading scrap Lifting material is required with aid for a hoist (up to 40 pounds) Read routings Accountable for quality and part counting Benefits: 401(k) Company matches 50% of employee deferral up to 6%.
