• · Implement TPM, VSM, SPS and promote utilization of key process tools throughout the two facilities to identify and eliminate unfavorable gaps in performance tied to business KPI’s.

• · Develop and deploy DMS using structured problem solving A4 Methodology.

• · Ability to lead, engage and train employees on TOS and continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to 6 Sigma, 5S. Lean, OEE and others. Partner with HR leadership on broader training plans and processes.

• · Responsible for discrete categories of OEE opportunity including tracking downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.

• · Measure system support to ensure the operations is highlighting the right issues, and assigning employees to continually address the root causes of the biggest issues impacting performance.

• · Establish and manage systems for “right first time” performance philosophy.

• · Provide leadership and develop direct report with a clear sense of direction and focus.

• · Supports safety as a top priority in training, job design and regulatory compliance.
