Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various topics related to learning and development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
  • Design and implement learning strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in logic controllers, Quantum engineering, mechanical knowledge, tooling, GDandT, Creo, robotics, root cause analysis, AutoCAD, and industrial equipment
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners of all levels - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and deliver high-quality training solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Requirements:

  • 7-10 Years of Continuous Improvement/World Class experience
  • Engineer Degree or equivalent
  • Must be a US Citizen or Grenn Card Holder (Permanent Resident)
  • This position is fully on-site 5 days a week.
