Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Engineer to work remotely for a large employer in PST. This person will be a member of a team that specializes in Cloud Infrastructure and Security, that simultaneously works in unison with the Analytics division. Responsibilities for this candidate include the design and implementation of scalable automation solutions for testing, deployment, and monitoring data products and systems. The ideal candidate will also help manage build infrastructure, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines with tools such as Gitlab (CI/CD). This candidate will also service tickets via Jira and help assist the internal organization with any issues related to DevOps/SRE. This team is looking for someone with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Skills and Requirements

* 4+ years of experience working as a Cloud Engineer, while being well-versed in DevOps principles and practices

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related equivalent

* DevOps tool-chain integration experience: Release Orchestration & Automation, Source Code & Build Management, Code Quality & Security Management

* Experience with containerized CI/CD pipelines and Git

* Strong experience with containerized technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and their offerings on AWS, GCP or Azure

* Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written, able to speak up and be collaborative on the team

* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges -- eager, initiative taker, proactive etc. * Airflow experience

* Snowflake experience

* Astronomer experience

* SageMaker experience

* Redshift experience null
