Job Description

  • Lead, develop and monitor performance measurement metrics and GBS objectives appropriate to each specific business area.

  • Prepare metrics reports and collaboration with direct supervisor and S2C GPO and other key stakeholders (monthly / as needed) on operational issues.

  • Lead and maintain excellent relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders to ensure mutual goals are achieved.

  • Ensure the team are performing duties in line with their own specific roles and responsibilities.

  • Act as the escalation point for key stakeholders (Project Managers, Procurement, Functions, Risk Domains etc.) for TPRM related service queries.

  • Ensures compliance to the Third Party Risk Management process and procedures by team and stakeholders

  • Actively participate in, recommend and support development of process improvements, training material, Desktop procedures etc. that enhances user experience

  • Continuously looking for and recommending improvements by monitoring and working within agreed KPIs/SLAs

  • Support the development of team members’ skills and talent.

  • Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports across different shift patterns

  • Timely resolution of issues and gap analysis identified based on the Performance Measures and KPI Dashboards

  • Provide direct support to teams and stakeholders to ensure the right Third Party Risk Management policies, procedures and tools are understood.

  • Ensures Third Party certification, qualification and re-qualification process is followed by team

  • Confirming that all responses from Third Parties are being validated in accordance with standard procedures.

  • Ensure Project Managers and other key stakeholders including Risk Domains are provided with timely and accurate service related updates

  • Escalate any services quality related issues which might arise from time to time regards team performance

  • Provide training and support regarding Third Party Risk Management using appropriate methods to teams and end users e.g. workshops, presentations, etc.

  • Ensure commodities L1-L3 are being correctly applied accurately and consistently by the team

  • Close out all outstanding issues within agreed service commitments

  • Conduct supplier record audits to ensure accurate application of procedures by the team

  • Identify process improvements and make recommendations noting expected benefits and required resources to deliver

  • Help draft and updating of relevant policies, procedures and guides

  • Update Ecosystem with revised policies, processes, procedures and knowledge articles

  • Escalate any areas of concern to direct supervisor or S2C GPO

  • Testing of any system enhancements and providing feedback when necessary

  • Continuously guide, coach, and develop direct reports to increase productivity and optimize the effectiveness of the process and their performance to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.

  • Support other teams members as and when priorities dictate.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in either German, Italian, or Spanish

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred

  • 4-6 years experience in management of Third Parties, Customer Service, or Procurement services.

  • Thorough understanding and application of risk management

  • Proficient with Coupa, Contract Lifecycle Management other systems preferred

  • In-depth knowledge regarding Third Party Risk Management best practice

  • Preferably a knowledge of AECOM’s culture regarding risk associated with using Third Parties

  • High stress tolerance
