What you'll do...

Join the Marketplace Legal team as an Associate Counsel to p rovide strategic advice and legal counsel to the Walmart Marketplace business; provide daily advice and counsel to Marketplace business teams on a broad range of subjects related to third party seller relationships; draft, review, and edit contracts, policies, program documents, and communications; and develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to address complex and novel legal issues arising from the third-party seller business. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
