Job Summary:

As the Inside Parts Representative, your main responsibility is to help our customers get the right parts they need for their forklifts. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts. Your role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and efficiently managing purchasing processes to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Answer customer questions about parts, pricing, and availability to ensure a positive experience. 2. Order Processing: Take orders from customers and enter them accurately into our system for quick fulfillment. 3. Inventory Management: Monitor parts inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain adequate stock. 4. Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing, ensure timely delivery, and manage relationships to secure the best deals. 5. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the packing and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. 6. Documentation: Maintain records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents for accurate record-keeping. 7. Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance to customers regarding parts usage and installation. 8. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify parts opportunities, provide product information, and support sales initiatives. 9.  Purchasing: Assist in purchasing decisions by analyzing inventory levels, identifying parts needs, and coordinating with suppliers to meet demand efficiently. 10.  Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline purchasing and sales processes.
