Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a great organization as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and placing telephone calls
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and detail oriented manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
