ETAP Electrical Engineer

We are looking for 10+ years of experienced Electrical Power system studies Engineer with proven experience in the system studies using ETAP software for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Projects (Experience in Engineering Consultancy).

Duties and Responsibilities;

• ETAP Power system studies for feasibility Study, FEED and Detail engineering projects.

• Hands on experience and Perform Power system studies such as Load Flow, Short circuit, Arc Flash, Motor starting, Ground grid, Protective relay coordination, Power factor correction, Harmonic analysis.

• Review of Electrical engineering design deliverables such as Load List, SLD, Cable sizing, Equipment sizing, Cable and conduit schedule, etc.

• Prepare ETAP Power system studies reports as per Saudi Aramco and Sabic standards.

• Interpretation and implementation of IEEE/ANSI & IEC standards.

• Coordination with Electrical project team for project deliverables.

• Estimation of System studies MH’s for tendering purpose

Qualifications;

• Minimum Bachelors of Engineering/Science in Electrical and Electronics engineering.

Key Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Must be a reliable Engineer who can work independently

• Must be proficient in reviewing design calculations/drawings

• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and Sabic Standards is an advantage

• Must have excellent knowledge & understanding of Design practices, Construction Practices and Procedures

• Must be proficient in English; oral and written communication.
